Federation of Portuguese-Canadian Business & Professionals is a not for profit corporation, incorporated on December 7, 1981, working in the Greater Toronto community, fostering both business and community development. Our Mission is to promote business activity, foster professionalism, develop networking opportunities, enhance political visibility, encourage academic excellence and, as a representative voice, advocate the prominence of our members within and outside the Portuguese Canadian Business and Professional community.
2012 Scholarship Application
The Federation of Portuguese Canadian Business and Professionals is once again recognizing the outstanding academic achievements of our Luso Canadian youth. In order to qualify please download the application enclosed below. Please read all of the guidelines and requirements set out in the application in order to be considered. Upon completion, please forward the application and all supporting documentation to the FPCBP office.
The FPCBP Board of Directors has decided to extend the deadline for applications for the FPCBP Scholarship Program to Friday, January 18, 2013.
Special Awards:
Four of the scholarship winners will be matched with the special awards listed below instead of the regular scholarship:
- BMO Bank of Montreal Leadership Excellence Award
- Scotiabank Community Involvement Award in Honour of Teresa Melo
- Universidade NOVA de Lisboa Award (2)
