Manny Andrade

Manny emigrated from the Azores, Portugal with his Parents, and two sisters, in January of 1974. Took on employment at the young age of 14, to help his family, and held over 20 different paying jobs over the course of the years, leading up to 1987, when he first joined Local Real Estate Ltd., as a real estate salesperson, at the age of 23.

Manny is the owner and broker of record of Royal LePage Supreme Realty Inc., which he has owned and managed since 2010. Today, Manny and his daughter, Britney, manage, train and oversee over 100 agents and staff, both at the newly built Stockyards mega office and at the Bloorcourt Village location.

Manny currently holds voluntary positions at the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board in various capacities. He is vice-chair with the Arbitration Committee (Residential), a panel member with the Arbitration Committee (Commercial) and serves on a special TRREB task force and steering committee.

In 2020, Manny was recognised as “Royal LePage Manager of the Year” for the brand, in all of Canada. In 2017, the brokerage was awarded the prestigious Royal LePage Shelter Foundation Award, for its contributions to the Shelter Foundation and its local partner, The Redwood Shelter. Manny was also recognised in 2020 for being in the top 1% of all Royal LePage members nationally, for his contributions to the Shelter.

Manny is the father of two wonderful daughters, Britney and Allyson, and declares this as his greatest achievement, but also as his biggest challenge and personal reward.

Today, Manny enjoys passive sports and activities such as fishing and golfing, enjoys a glass of red wine, peace, quiet and serenity.
