Amanda Caldas is a proud Luso-Canadian and one of the FPCBP’s first recipients of the Nova Scholarship. Amanda completed her Masters of Management, with a major in Human Resources, from the Nova School of Business & Economics in Lisbon, Portugal, and her Bachelor of Commerce from the ROTMAN School of Management at the University of Toronto. She also has her CHRL designation and is a member of HRPA.
Amanda, a Talent Development Specialist with Hatch Ltd., has diverse professional experiences in Human Resources across industries. In her current role, she is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing processes and talent and leadership programs that facilitate the ongoing development of employees on a global scale. Prior to joining Hatch, Amanda worked in HR Research and Consulting and was also a part of the team responsible for the creation and implementation of a new HR Strategy for the largest financial institution in Canada.
Amanda lives in Toronto, loves to travel, and tries to stay as active as she can.
