Eunice earned an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree with distinction from the University of Western Ontario in 1999 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Toronto in 2002. She was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003. She is a lawyer at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP where she has a general corporate litigation practice and specializes in franchise and class action litigation.
